What's Included
Utility Trenching
Trenching is part of site prep, not a separate job. We trench for water lines, drain lines and utilities from the house out to the meter, septic system or street — so you're not calling in a second contractor to dig up what we just graded.
We cut the trench, lay the line at the right depth and slope, and backfill and compact so the ground doesn't settle into a dip later. Whether it's a new build or a line running to a shop or outbuilding, it stays under one quote and one crew.
Our Process
Walk the site with you & your builder
Brett meets you and your builder on the lot, talks through the plan and gives a straight, free estimate.
Clear & rough grade
We clear what's in the way and rough grade the lot — cutting the high spots, filling the low ones.
Pad, utilities & trenching
We build the pad and trench for water, drain and utility lines from the house to the meter, septic or street.
Final grade after construction
Once the house is up, we come back to final grade around it so the ground drains away from the foundation.
