One Home Site, Start to Finish
This is a real home site we took from raw woods to a finished home and driveway — every step done by the same crew.

Clearing the site
We clear the trees, brush and stumps off the build area so you've got open ground to work with.

Cutting the access road
We cut a route in so trucks and the builder can reach the build area in any weather.

Grading the building pad
We cut, fill and compact a level pad to the right elevation so the foundation sits on solid ground.

Gravel access road
We crown and top the access road with gravel so it sheds water and stays passable through construction.

Septic tank and drain field
We set the tank and lay the drain field lines to the approved design, then backfill and grade the field.

Finished home, driveway and final grade
After the house is up, we come back to finish the driveway and final-grade the yard so it drains right and is ready for grass.
