Retaining Walls in Toccoa, GA
A retaining wall holds back a slope so you get more flat, usable ground and less erosion. We handle the whole job: digging the base, setting the wall, drainage behind it, backfill and the final grade, so the yard around it drains the way it should.
Walls That Hold, Yards That Drain
A retaining wall does one job: it holds back a slope so the ground behind it stays put. Done right, it turns a steep, unusable bank into flat ground you can actually build on, mow, or park on. Done wrong — no base, no drainage, no compaction — it leans, bulges and eventually lets go, taking the yard with it.
We build retaining walls the way they're supposed to be built. We dig down to solid ground and compact a base, set the wall, and put drainage stone and pipe behind it so water never builds up against the face. Then we backfill, compact in lifts, and grade the yard so surface water runs away from the wall instead of pooling behind it.
Because grading is what we do every day, the wall and the ground around it get finished as one job — one crew, one quote, and a free on-site estimate before we start. We bring our own dozer, excavators and tracked skid steer, so we're not waiting on a rental to show up.
