Pole Barn Builder in Northeast Georgia
From bare ground to a finished building, one contractor.
The Ground and the Building, One Crew
A pole barn is only as good as what's underneath it. Start a building on ground that isn't level or isn't compacted and you're fighting that slope and that soft spot for the life of the building — doors that stick, walls that rack, a slab that cracks. The pad sets the tone for everything above it.
That's why Elite handles the ground and the building. We clear the lot, cut and fill the pad, compact it with our own equipment, and then frame the barn or outbuilding right on a base we know is solid. No second crew, no guessing whether the grader left it the way the builder needs it.
We run our own dozer, excavators and tracked skid steer for the site work, and we frame pole barns and post-frame outbuildings for storage, workshops, garages and equipment. From bare ground to a finished building, it's one contractor and one quote — and a free on-site estimate before we start.
One Pole Barn, Start to Finish
This is a real pole barn we took from bare ground to a finished building — site prep, framing, sheathing and a covered porch, all done by the same crew.
- 1
Site prep
We clear the lot and cut, fill and compact a level pad so the building starts on solid ground.

- 2
Framing
We set the posts and frame the structure plumb and square on the pad we just built.

- 3
Sheathing
We sheathe the walls and roof, wrap it in, and get it dried in so the weather can't slow it down.

- 4
Finished with covered porch
We finish it out — siding, trim and a covered porch — so it's a building you can actually use.
