Our Work: Grading & Site Work Projects in NE Georgia

This is the work, not a brochure. Every photo on this page is a real job we ran with our own equipment — a dozer, a mini and 15-ton excavator, a tracked skid steer and a 10-ton dump truck. From a wooded lot in Toccoa that needed clearing to a washed-out gravel driveway outside Carnesville, these are the projects that built Elite Grading & Construction.

We've been running equipment since 2019 and formed the LLC in 2022, and most of what you see here is residential — people who bought a piece of land and wanted one crew to take it from raw ground to ready to build. Land clearing, the access road, the building pad, the septic system, the utility trenching, and the final grade after the house is up.
